In order to achieve a certain desired weight, a diet practitioner must flawlessly follow specific instructions. These instructions includes what to do during a diet or how to prepare food or juice for yourself.

The Lemonade diet should be prepared according to specific instructions. This means that the ingredients that comprise your diet must be complete. The ingredients must also pass certain requirements as specified in the diet.

The Lemonade juice should contain the following ingredients.

1. Grade B Maple Syrup – this is a syrup made up of organic maple. An organic maple must be free from pesticides and other man made chemical. Fruits grown using organic farming methods usually contain labels from regulatory bodies that certify that a fruit or vegetable is organic.

2. Organic lemon juice – the lemon juice should also be organic to make sure that it is free from pesticides and other man made chemicals. This means that you should avoid buying lemon juice without a label or certification from regulatory bodies.

3. Cayenne pepper – this is the ingredient that helps in good bowel movement. The cayenne pepper must be organic and in powdered form so it can be easily mixed with the lemonade juice.

4. Distilled water – the water to be used for the lemonade juice must be clean and free from any contamination so distilled or mineral water should be used.

5. Green tea or laxative tea – tea should also be mixed with the lemonade juice because it is helpful for a good bowel movement.

6. Salt water flush – another ingredient which is very helpful for good bowel movement.

The weight loss tea contains the following ingredients.

1. Distilled or mineral water – the water should be boiled first so the ingredients of the tea can be dissolved easily.

2. Oolong tea – the oolong tea must be made of raw leaves, sun wilted, bruised and powdered.
