The most common excuse for those who don’t work out is their lack of time. Busy schedules with work, family, and social events seem to clog up our schedules to the point of exhaustion. When our lives get overwhelmingly busy, losing weight seems near impossible and finding even a small crack in our schedule to fit exercise in seems highly unlikely. Although it may take some creativity and a little refocusing, losing weight with a busy schedule is definitely possible. Once you figure out how to lose belly fat in a way that works with your schedule you will be on the road to success.
1. Make time for exercise. You might not be able to dedicate two hours of sweat time in every day, but you may be able to work out a few mornings before work, or before the kids wake up. Go for a walk on your lunch break. Chances are if you really try to find twenty spare minutes in your day, you’ll be able to do it. It’s all about making weight loss a priority.
2. Make the time you do have count. If you can only get in a twenty or thirty minute workout don’t putz around and waste time. Get in some circuit training or interval t
raining that will get that heart rate up, and increase your calorie burn. Every minute counts!
3. Make a healthy diet a must. While you may not have time to workout as much as you’d like you do have time to eat. Choosing to eat healthy foods is something that you can do on any time budget. Be sure to get in a good hearty breakfast. Eat fat burning foods that are high in protein and chalked full of nutrients. Don’t waste your time with calorie dense foods that are full of fat.
4. Get in some extra steps. The more you move in any situation the better. Take the stairs instead of using the elevator. Decide to park further away, so you have to walk more. Get up and go talk to your coworkers instead of calling or emailing them. Make visits to your neighbors on foot instead of sending a text. Not only will you increase your calorie burn but you will improve your relationships.
