The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is waning at the box office but still has gotten off to the blockbuster start with $161 Million in its first five days.
The third chapter of Summit Entertainment’s vampire romance fell of sharply after debuting last Wednesday with $68.5 Million, second best-opening day from the last year’s Twilight Saga: New Moon, which opens with $72.7 Million.
After the huge first day, Eclipse averaged about $23 Million daily over the next four days.
