Deck the halls with bows of holly and hang the mistletoe from the nearest hook. It is the Christmas season yet again and as we all know one of the best parts of this time of year is getting the house looking like the Santa’s workshop. For as long as anyone can remember, an important part of the holiday season was getting the right Christmas ornaments put up on the tree and all through the house to give the festivities that truly jolly feeling. Getting the right Christmas ornaments can realistically mean anything someone wants it to mean and the best part of the holiday decorating season is that the ornaments can be anything you want.
If you want your ornaments to be something classic like cranberries or popcorn strung up on a line, then let that be your statement for the season. If instead you want to go with fancy colored bulbs, dangling from a hook then let that be your decorations. You can even go as far as to buy delicate crystal Christmas ornaments or even expensive hand blown Christmas ornaments. While the line between festive and tacky can be crossed during this season, one man’s tacky is another man’s flamboyant and when push comes to shove no one will frown upon someone getting into the holiday spirit.
Hang the stockings by the fireplace and make sure that the rest of the house is not barren because one thing most people want to see when they go visiting is a home that is truly celebrating this particular time of year. Once Halloween has passed, you will see more and more houses and buildings putting up their lights and their ornaments in anticipation of a fantastic holiday season. Do not be left behind. Decide how you will deck your halls and then do not stop until you have made it perfect. Just make sure your own eclectic tastes are well represented in the finished product.

Who knows what happens next… All I know is:
Timing has an awful lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance. :)
