Normally people with bad credit or no credit really have a problem getting a loan. This is an increasing problem in the US at the present time. Normally if you have bad or no credit you should try not to make things worse trying to get one of those loans for bad credit risks that you will not be able to pay for. But for some this isn’t the case at all. You may have unworthy credit for several different reasons. The first being that you never even had credit. To the lender this is the same as bad credit. The other reasons are that you simply have bad credit or a bad credit score that in itself can have a many reasons.
The reasons you need a loan can be very good as well like, paying rent or mortgage, medical bills, school fees, and so on. If you have a bad credit rating this can prevent you from obtaining the loan you need as well as other things like, getting a job in some cases, renting a home, and getting automotive insurance.
Credit repair is the answer to this problem. I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news but realistically, this is your only option. Until you can start to rebuild your credit, lenders will not take a second look at you. Your credit rating is your public book keeping record, and if you have nothing on the books (or no credit) this doesn’t look good. If you have something on the books but it shows you have had problems paying your bills in the past (bad credit) then your chances of landing any loans is going to be a challenge. Getting a copy of all 3 credit reports is vital. Once you have a copy of this information you can start repairing your credit. The sooner you begin the faster you will be able to re-establish yourself as credit worthy and obtain that loan.
